Home

SJ was born and raised in the rural Scottish Highlands and was taught to sew at a very early age.

From basic dressmaking to embroidery we have developed our skills through costume

making as part of our re-enactment hobby. We're now based in the Midlands, near Wolverhampton.

Our passion for creating new items of kit and clothing for ourselves and friends has never

diminished and we consider ourselves fortunate enough to be in a position to be able

to produce high quality items of clothing for fellow re-enactors, collectors, Museums, TV &  Films.

We produce various items, from shifts and scarves for the lowliest of wenches right through to metal laced military coats

for the Regimental Colonel.

The vast majority of our items are completely hand stitched. However, certain items are machine stitched or have minor

elements of machining on them. These areas are always advised of prior to an order being undertaken.

We are also happy to take on any commission work. Any period and style can be undertaken

as long as specifications of pattern or design can be supplied. We're always looking to

expand our horizons and skills so even if you don't see what you require on the site then

please feel free to contact us about any requests.

If you require any more information then please do contact us using the link on the left.
